Baked Beans with Pork and Egg 滑蛋肉碎茄汁豆


Super easy homey dish that everyone love, great flavour, good nutrient too

Baked Beans with Pork and Egg

Ingredient list

1.Rice Bran Oil1 tblsp
2.Minced pork – How to store minced pork50g
3.Minced garlic1 glove
4.Baked bean (230g)1 can
5.Water1/2 can
6.Soy sauce (optional)1/2 tsp
7.Egg1 no
8.Sesame oil1/4 tsp
9.Pink salt1/4 tsp
10.White pepper to taste 


  1. Warm up pan in low heat, add oil, minced pork and minced garlic.
  2. Stir fry until meat turned colour, pour in baked bean and water.
  3. Switch to high heat, cover on to let the flavour developed.
  4. In a bowl, add egg, sesame oil, pink salt and white pepper, stir to mix.
  5. Once the baked bean is boiling, taste the sauce, add some soy sauce to enhance the flavour if necessary.
  6. Pour in egg mixture, off heat once you observe the egg begin to set.
  7. Lightly stir, it is ready. Serve hot.
