Do you enjoy tofu?
Here I would like to share a cold dish that can be easily attempt at home.
It is healthy, tasty and it can be done in no time.
Cold Tofu With Lemon Sesame Dressing
|1.||Silken Tofu 1 pack|
|2.||Japanese sesame dressing 3/4杯 – Recipe to make from scratch|
|3.||Lemon juice to taste|
|4.||Scallion 1/4 cup (cut into bits)|
|5.||Fried shallot 3 tblsp|
- Chill silken tofu and a plate in the fridge.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in Japanese sesame dressing, squeeze some lemon juice into it. Mix well, do a tasting to ensure that the sourness is to your liking. Keep the dressing in the fridge.
- 5 minutes before serving, plate the silken tofu on the chilled plate, drain excess liquid.
- Pour lemon sesame dressing onto tofu, sprinkle scallion bits and garnish with fried shallot.
- Appetizing cold tofu with sesame dressing is done, time to enjoy.
